Saved from a kill shelter in rural West Virginia, Garnet is thankful to be alive. She has a case of the happy tail and is doing well with the dogs and young boy in the home. Garnet likes to be a lap pup and often watches her foster mom cook and complete other tasks while patiently awaiting for her lap to return.  She is learning about cats and may bark a bit at felines but has not tried to do any harm. She does well on a leash and is almost fully house trained. Garnet is working on learning how to sit.  This sweet girl is really charming and has great potential to be a loving family companion.
