Arroooo to you! I am George Beagle. I am a sweet guy, more content to follow my person than the scent of a rabbit. For this reason, my former owner decided to leave me at a lonely shelter with my friend Frederick. It was not looking promising, but then a group of volunteers decided to step in and moved us to some kennels on a farm until a rescue groups committed to us. It's been a bit of a journey already, but we are now in warm foster homes. I am a happy little guy. I made friends with the other dogs and the cats pretty quickly. I enjoys bursts of play in the yard followed by a snooze. I am the perfect beagle for a family that would like a nice walk, but is not really interested in running a marathon. I hope that someone will give me a chance, because being an inside dog and part of a family sure is wonderful! I am estimated to be 6-8 years old.
