Dasher was brought to a shelter with his brother. Unfortunately, his brother broke with parvo and lost his life. Dasher survived and is the most darling puppy that we have seen in a long time! He LOVES his human and chooses to follow his foster mom everywhere and gaze at her adoringly. He is about 5 months old and 20lbs. He has no tail and is a very loving and submissive pup.
